SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Customer must ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting final order. If your order is returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or is unable to be delivered, there will be an additional shipping fee to have your items sent out again. Please make sure all your info is correct before submitting your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekend) to process and ship your order. All sales are final, we do not accept returns. If there is a defect issue, please send an email to themuvacollective@gmail.com and we will rectify the issue.

All shipments receive tracking numbers and are mailed through USPS. If your package for some reason isn’t delivered, please first follow-up with your local post office. Once orders are shipped and tracking orders are received, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING?

Orders are made and shipped in the order they are received.

All shirts are heat-pressed and made to order based on inventory.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIRTS

  • Do not dry clean

  • Wash t-shirt inside out.

  • Wash t-shirt in cold or warm water.

  • Dry on low heat (or air dry)

  • Do not place iron directly on graphic image.
