Valentine's Day Gift Guide: For Him
I know a lot of people think Valentines Day is cliché, and our significant others shouldn't only show us they care on one specific day, but I love it. I remember one of our first valentines together, my husband did the hotel and rose petals thing and it was the sweetest thing ever. Then last year we went to a hole in the wall burger joint with our one year old and it was still just as sweet. Since Valentines Day is usually geared towards us ladies, I wanted to share some gift ideas for the guys in our lives that try to make this day special. From leisure to tech to workout gear, I rounded up ten of my fave items to share with yall below 💕
If your SO is anything like mine, his main wardrobe consists mainly of comfy leisure clothes. I love the black and white colorway so they can easily be paired with anything. These can be worn with some joggers and a hoodie or jeans and a button up. Being able to dress these up or down make them an easy W in my book.
I loooove when hubby gets to grow his beard out and this balm and oil helps maintain it. Made with 100% natural ingredients, including argan and jojoba oil, this stuff is the perfect gift for your bearded bae.
Hubby had this reeeally nice Fossil weekender bag that his grandparents gave him a couple years back, but it wasn't really functional for constant handling and normal wear and tear. In comes this duffel bag. This is perfect for a quick weekend getaway or carryon for traveling. I love the classic look and the exterior shoe compartment to protect anything on the inside from getting dirty. And its under $100!
If you're not trying to splurge on an Apple Watch, to me this is the next best thing. The sleek, sporty look is right up my alley, and I love that it tracks all your stats including your sleep schedule. It can be synced to a smartphone and it'll be able to show caller id, read text manages, and play their fave playlists. You can also get different bands, varying in colors and textures. For half the price of an Apple Watch, I'm here for this gift and I bet your valentine will be too.
Five: Luxury Phone Case
I love the masculinity of this phone case. Its constructed to be flexible and impact resistant, which is always a plus, especially with iPhones. The website you order this from is having a 25% sale off phone cases which makes this a definite no brainer.
Not gonna lie, I want these for myself. If you have a guy who hits the gym a lot or needs to be hands free, these are a must have. The sound cancellation and quality of Beats are A1.
Seven: Yves Saint Laurent Cologne
This.Right.Here. I smelled it a couple weeks back at the mall and OMG yall. Don't buy this if youre not ready for your kids to have a sibling 😉 Just sayin'
Eight: S'well Wood Grain Travel Mug
The aesthetic of this mug is what sold me. Being military, Husb travels a lot and his commute to work is over 30 minutes, so a travel mug for water or coffee is a must. This travel mug is available in three different sizes and stays cold for 24 hours and keeps hot for 12 hours, plenty of time.
Nine: Trendy Shirt
My husband is super go with the flow and he usually lets me play stylist for him, so Im always looking for pieces that fit his comfort and a little bit of my style. A trendy shirt like this provides the leisure look mixed with high end streetwear. This will probably end up in my closet because I like it so much lol
Ten: Aldo Chelsea Boot
I feel like these Chelsea boots are a staple in any mans closet. These can also be dressed up or down, but I love these an alternative for your regular dress shoe. Love this color but they come in over 10 different colors. Perfect fall to spring shoe!
Well that's it! I hope this guide gave you some inspiration especially if you tend to draw a blank last minute like me! lol Did I miss anything? Let me know in the comments below!
